It's been a long ass while since I've sent anything in for the rad so
I figured since its down pouring here on the island for the 2nd
straight day it's finally about time to get some stuff out there again.

This is my good friend and fellow Quake Crew
member Bryan Newbold. I've known this guy since we were kids and he's
a pretty solid skater for sure, even after 2.5 years in jail haha.
Anyway if anyone is wondering about the lighting its a balance of
flash and ambient using a single Alien Bess 800 strobe with a 12"
parabolic reflector powered by a Vagabond II battery pack and tripped
from my 20D with Pocket Wizards. Same setup I always shoot with.

Let this photo be a lesson to ALL photographers out there to properly
watermark all your photos if there is even a chance they might get
pinched. I've had issues in the past with DK using my photos on there
site for promotional reasons in the past, they've even gone thru a
whole stack of work and used the one photo I forgot to watermark even
though it was a crap pic. Shady as hell for sure and its total
bullshit since they're a huge company and I'm a dirt poor photographer
living in his parents basement.
A close second to action sports is women for me. People are by far
the hardest thing to photograph I think, there are a million and a
half things that can go wrong and its usually just hit or miss on if
the shot works or not. It doesn't help that I'm completely socially
awkward and horrible at planning stuff in advance, aww well. These
are a few shots I've done over the last 2 or 3 months for a few
clients. Enjoy.
